By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any photography, video, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, television, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken Markster Con Productions LLC.
Any photography or video footage taken at a Markster Con Productions LLC is the sole property of Markster Con Productions and therefore, Markster Con Productions LLC owns the rights of any visual or audio footage taken on premise, unless a written contract is agreed upon and signed by all parties before the start of an event.
Markster Con Productions LLC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event produced, co-produced or presented event by Markster Con Productions LLC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Markster Con Productions LLC may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Markster Con Productions LLC including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media, promotions, online videos, etc.
Any person desiring not to have his/her photo or video taken and used as above described must so notify marksterconproductions@gmail.com in writing prior to the event and include a photograph. Markster Con Productions LLC will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
